Lech was born in Wroclaw, Poland. After emigrating to Canada in 1982, he completed a Bachelor of Christian Education at Briercrest Schools and a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy at the University of Waterloo. He received a Master of Arts in philosophy from the University of Alberta, and a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Western University. Lech completed his doctoral studies at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary under the mentorship of Dr. Haddon Robinson. Prior to becoming the Executive Director of the Biblical Preaching Society, Lech pastored the Cobble Hill Christian Church on Vancouver Island for 18 years. Lech is a member of the Evangelical Homiletics Society. He taught systematic theology and homiletics in Canada, USA and Poland. Paulina and Lech have three children: Rachel, Abigail and Levi.

Leader of Franklin Covey, Poland. Teaches course on "Seven Habbits of Highly Successful People". Participant of the first session of Academia Homiletyczna and subsequently a memeber of the team since 2010.
Pastor, theologian and linguist. He studied at Emmaus Bible College in the USA (bachelor of biblical languages), Graduate School in Prairie Canada (Master of Theology recognized by the Academy of Catholic Theology in Warsaw) and the University of Wroclaw (PhD in linguistics). For seven years associated with Evangelical Higher School of Theology in Wroclaw. Currently divides his time between the Academy of Homiletics and his pastoral calling at the involvement, the First Brethren Church in Wroclaw. He also serves as a Vice-Chair of the Brethren Church of Poland. The husband of Beata, and father of four sons. In his spare time he enjoys running, listening to good music, playing the drums, and reading good books.
Lead Pastor of the First Baptist Church in Wroclaw. He graduated from Higher School of Theology in Wrocław. He is presently completing his master’s degree at TCM International Institute in Austria. A husband to Ania, and father of two children. He enjoys reading, running and playing squash.
Lead Pastor of the Christian Community Church "TOMY" in Tomaszow. One of the leaders of the Foundation Proem. He is also one of the founders of Real Hope Foundation. He graduated from applied linguistics at the University of Warsaw. A husband to Agnieszka, and father of three children. Spends his free time with his family, traveling, or drinking good coffee over a good book.
Community member and leader of the Evangelical Church of Christ in Łódz. He is a researcher of the Institute of Archaeology, University of Lodz, and active archaeologist involved in excavations throughout Poland and abroad. He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and History at the University of Lodz (archeology), holds a Ph.D. degree. Currently working on habilitation. He also graduated from the School of Expository Preaching and is continuing his theological studies in TCM International Institute in Austria. He enjoys spending time with his wife or talking about what he does not like.
Adam Szumorek is the Pastor of Preaching and Discipleship in the Christian community "TOMY" in Tomaszów. He is a graduate of the Warsaw Theological Seminary, Master's College and Seminary, Lincoln Christian University and the University of Warmia and Mazury. Adam is currently working on a doctorate in Spurgeon's College at the University of Manchester. Adam taught homiletics at the Warsaw Theological Seminary and the Evangelical School of Theology in Wroclaw. He teaches biblical communication at conferences and training seminars organized by the Langham Preaching International. He authored two books "The Meeting with the Almighty" and "The Wilderness of the Old Testament.” Adam likes books, movies, and spending time with friends .
